REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS: (1.) Prior to sending your deposit, contact Aluna Joy to confirm space availability in the group as we do book up fast. (2.) Pilgrimage deposit: Please mail us your deposit (50% of the trip cost including any single supplement cost) if you live within the U.S. (personal checks are fine). If you live outside of the U.S., bank wire us your deposit. NOTE: $1,000 of your initial deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. This is due to hotel's needing deposits immediately to hold rooms. Checks are to be made payable to: Aluna Joy Yaxkin. Ask us for our bank wire details and/or mailing information. (3.) If this information is not provided at this time, we cannot guarantee that hotel accommodations and airport transfers will go 100% smoothly. *** Arrival to Villahermosa, Mexico (VSA), any time on December 9, 2017: TERMS AND CONDITIONS TOUR PRICE INCLUDES: All hotel accommodations as listed in the itinerary. All land transportation, except airport transfers, within tour dates will be covered unless otherwise stated above (Remember . . . you will need to arrange your own arrival and departure flights to and from Villahermosa, Mexico). Beautiful, safe and comfortable accommodations. All entrance fees to archeological sites, museums, guide fees and applicable taxes are included. Breakfasts and dinners as outlined above in the itinerary. Gratuities for hotel staff, bell boys, maids. Gratuities to waiters are included for the meals listed in the above itinerary. Purified water on busses will also be included. There will be three main, wonderful guides at your service throughout the trip. Aluna Joy, Enrique and Raphael are at your service as spiritual guides. Aluna Joy will be providing Group Star Elder Sessions when Spirit calls her to do so. Raphael will be acting as group guardian and will offer individual healings (donations accepted). Also, laughs, joyful tears, and the beginning of lifelong friendships . . . just about everything a spirit could want! Plus, spiritual growth that cannot be measured by any standard! We guarantee that you will never be the same! (some of our plans are subject to slight changes due to Spirit's calling, weather, etc...). CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be received in writing. $1,000 of your initial deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Any cancellations received 61 to 90 days before the tour commences will be charged a fee of 50% of the total pilgrimage price. Cancellations received 31 to 60 days before tour commences will be charged a fee of 75% of the total pilgrimage price. No refund will be given for cancellations received 30 days or less before the tour commences. This trip is not transferrable with other tours that we arrange. Late registrations may . . . or may not be possible. We do not want you to miss out, so sign up early. Late registrations may... or may not be possible. Any changes that you may make to your itinerary (e.g. arrival and departure dates changing, extra night's rooms needed, etc...), within thirty (30) days of the beginning of the tour, we cannot guarantee that everything will go 100% smoothly (but we will do our super best). WAIVER: I/we agree to take responsibility for all blessings and challenges that can happen while traveling in a third world country. I/we agree to release Aluna Joy Yaxk'in, AlunaJoy.com, Raphael Griessmeyer and Enrique Encalada from all responsibility and liability of any unforeseen circumstances, changes in the schedule, acts of God (weather, earthquakes etc...), acts of terrorism, mental/physical illnesses, and any other unforeseen events occurring during tour dates. I/we understand that Aluna Joy Yaxk'in, Raphael Griessmeyer and Enrique Encalada reserve the right to ask a group member to leave the tour if their behavior is harmful, disruptive or dangerous to the group.
