Prices are per person and do not include airfare to and from London's Heathrow Airport.
NOTE: Single supplements are limited and subject to availability. At the time of this posting, we only have 5 singles available. For those inquiring about a single room accommodation, please be aware that in Glastonbury and in Boscastle, you may be sharing a bathroom with another member of the group. There might be an apartment share where 2 singles share an apartment with 1 bath.
Our group is limited to 22 adult spiritual pilgrims. Should the group not reach 18 pilgrims, the price will be increased $500.00 for this pilgrimage. We don't expect this to happen since our interest list for this pilgrimage is large.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS: (1.) Prior to sending your deposit, contact Aluna Joy to confirm space availability in the group, since we do book up fast. Aluna@AlunaJoy.com or AlunaJoy@gmail.com We are still having some on going tekkie issues with aluna@alunajoy.com.
(2.) Pilgrimage Deposit: A deposit of thirty-three percent ($1,800.00 USD) of the total tour price (plus 1/3rd of any single supplement costs) is required to hold your space. $1,000 USD of your initial deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. (3.) Email or mail your completed registration form back to us along with a picture of yourself.
(4.) Your next payment of thirty-three percent ($1800.00 USD) of the total tour price (plus 1/3rd of any single supplement costs) will be due on April 01, 2022, with the balance ($1,799.00 USD) plus any single supplement balance (if applicable) is either due by May 01, 2022 or upon arrival in England (a limited option). For those people paying their balances upon arrival in England, balances are payable in CASH only (USD). Should you agree to pay your balance upon arrival in England, and have to cancel the pilgrimage for any reason, you will be still obligated to pay your balance. Also, ASAP we will need your passport number, flight plans and any other requested extras to insure the quality of your pilgrimage. If this information is not provided in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee that hotel accommodations will go 100% smoothly. Registration for this pilgrimage will be closed thirty (30) days before the start of the pilgrimage. We do not want you to miss out, so sign up early.
PILGRIMAGE INCLUDES: All accommodations, meals as listed in the itinerary, tipping for all meals included in the itinerary, tour vehicle and driver costs, services of hired expert guides, all entrance fees to archeological sites, museums, crop circles, etc... and applicable taxes. All dinners will have two courses consisting of an appetizer/starter and a main course. A vegetarian option will be available as one of the main course options, and tea and coffee is included at all breakfasts included in the itinerary. Internet will be available at all hotels/accommodations but may be restricted to lobby and common areas dependent on the hotel. Aluna Joy and Marcus Mason will be providing their spiritual guidance (heart donations for this are gratefully given and received at the end of the trip). All plans are subject to slight changes due to Spirit's calling. Also included will be laughs, joyful tears, and the beginning of lifelong friendships . . . just about everything a spirit could want! Plus, spiritual growth that cannot be measured by any standard! We guarantee that you will never be the same!
NOT INCLUDED IN PILGRIMAGE: Air travel fares from your home to and from London's Heathrow Airport in England, transport to and from our Heathrow hotel, and meals not mentioned in the itinerary. Breakfast is not included while in Glastonbury. You will have your own kitchen in your Glastonbury cottages where you can cook your own breakfast. The restaurant there will also be serving breakfast. Tea and coffee is not included at dinners. Also, not included are light gratuities for the bus driver, bellboys, maids, etc.... If you are called to tip, we ask that you offer it from your heart. Trip/Travel insurance, flight insurance, health insurance, laundry, room cleaning at Middlewick Cottages, telephone calls, faxes, alcoholic beverages, mineral and bottled water, soft drinks, and any other incidental expenditures are not included.
CANCELLATION POLICIES:All cancellations must be received in writing. $1,000 of your initial deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Any cancellations received 91 to 120 days before the tour commences will be charged a fee of 50% of total fare. Cancellations received 61 to 91 days before the tour commences will be charged a fee of 75% of total fare. No refund will be given for cancellations received 60 days or less before the tour commences. This trip is not transferable with other tours that we arrange. Should you agree to pay your balance upon arrival in England, and have to cancel the pilgrimage for any reason, you will be still obligated to pay your balance. CHANGE OF PRICE AND EXCHANGE RATE: All prices stated are in US dollars unless otherwise specified. Prices and are subject to change up to the day of departure. Adjustments may be necessary to reflect changes in currency exchange rates, fuel surcharges, airfare increases and similar cost increases beyond our control. P.S. We have never had to implement this in the past. Should the England group not reach 20 pilgrims, the price will be increased $500.00. We don't expect this to happen, since our interest list for this pilgrimage is large.
WAIVER: I/we agree to take responsibility for all blessings and challenges that can happen while traveling. I/we agree to release Aluna Joy Yaxk'in and Marcus Mason from all responsibility and liability for any unforeseen circumstances and/or changes in the schedule due to natural disasters and acts of God (including but not limited to weather, earthquakes, etc...), natural and unavoidable catastrophes, acts of terrorism, armed conflict, any other unforeseen events and human actions, and/or any mental / physical illnesses occurring during tour dates. This includes transportation disruptions and cancellations; travel advisories and restrictions; health advisories and quarantines; changes to applicable law; and other government mandates, such as evacuation orders, border closures, prohibitions on short-term rentals, and shelter-in-place requirements. I/we understand that Aluna Joy Yaxk'in and Marcus Mason reserve the right to ask a group member to leave the tour if their behavior is harmful, disruptive or dangerous to the tour group. I/we understand that I/we are aware of and agree to the REGISTRATION, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES and understand and agree to all of the above information.
TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS: YAHOO! All pandemic related travel restrictions have been lifted as of 3-18-2022. I/we understand that we are "outlanders" coming from outside of the UK. I/we will be polite, follow, honor and follow any rules and regulations of the service providers, including the bus/coach company, restaurants, hotels, etc.... Due to the fact that travel restrictions and requirements are changing rapidly (sometimes daily), I/we am aware and understand that I am responsible for keeping abreast of any information, details and requirements that my/our airline might need from us for any arrival and departure flights to and from England. Every airline is different, so please know what your airline needs from you before you fly. We can not do this for you. Also also check the Entrance into the UK requirements as they might be different than your airline. The British Embassy page is best for current information...
