TOUR PRICE INCLUDES: All hotel accommodations as listed in the itinerary. All land transportation, except your personal airport transfers. All entrance fees to archeological sites, museums, guide fees and applicable taxes are included. All breakfasts as outlined in the itinerary. Gratuities for hotel staff, bell boys, maids, but you can always give more. Aluna Joy and Enrique Encalada are at your service as spiritual guides throughout the entire pilgrimage. All plans are subject to slight changes due to Spirit's calling.

NOT INCLUDED: Round-trip flights TO and FROM Villahermosa, Mexico are not included. You will need to purchase your own round trip flights arriving any time on March 16, 2023 and departing any time on March 25, 2023. Airport transfers to and from the Villahermosa (VSA) airport are not included. We will supply you with our hotel information. The cost to take a taxi to or from the airport is approximately $20 USD. If you have any question or concerns about your flights, call us please. Local Airport Departure Taxes are not included. Dinners and Lunches are not covered but we will share all our meals together at our hotel. We snack at lunch time on most days, as you will not want to waste a moment in a cafe midday when the sacred sites are calling us. Most people never spend what you were allowed anyway. Dinner gratuities to waiters are not included for your dinner. Heart donations or tips for Aluna Joy and Enrique Encalada and our bus driver are gratefully received at the end of the trip. They should be offered and accepted with the heart only. Laundry, telephone calls, faxes, internet, bottled water, and any other incidental expenditures are not included . . . as well as all the beautiful things that you will want to take home with you. Trip, Travel, Flight and Health Insurance: Trip, travel, flight and health insurance are NOT included in this pilgrimage and should be considered if you are concerned about your investment. We recommend that Trip/Travel/Flight Insurance be purchased. Squaremouth.com offers a lot of plans.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Prior to sending your deposit, contact Aluna Joy to confirm space availability in the group, since we do book up fast to [email protected]
2. Pilgrimage Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total tour price, is required to hold your space. $750.USD of your initial deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. This is due to hotels needing deposits immediately to hold rooms. Contact Aluna Joy for the Registration Directions Information.
3. Email or mail your completed registration form, along with a picture of yourself.
4. Your remaining balance of the total trip cost is due 45 days before to the tour dates, we will need your passport number, flight plans and any other requested extras to insure the quality of your pilgrimage. Registration for this pilgrimage will be closed thirty (30) days before the start of the pilgrimage. We do not want you to miss out, so sign up early.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be received in writing. $750.USD of your initial deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to any other tour we provide. Any cancellations received in writing after February 1st, 2023 are NOT refundable. Hotels are being very inflexible since 2020 and covid, and I will have already paid your bill. This trip is not transferable with other tours that we arrange. Should you fail to list any medical issues, we reserve the right to cancel your trip. Please note that this pilgrimage involves costly up front expenses incurred by us in order to secure arrangements, which are passed on to travelers should cancellation occur as mentioned above.

WAIVER: I/we agree to take responsibility for all blessings and challenges that can happen while traveling in a third world country. I/we agree to release Aluna Joy Yaxk'in, AlunaJoy.com and Enrique Encalada from all responsibility and liability of any unforeseen circumstances and/or changes in the schedule due to acts of God (including but not limited to weather, earthquakes, etc...), acts of terrorism, mental/physical illnesses, and any other unforeseen events occurring during tour dates. I/we understand that Aluna Joy Yaxk'in and Enrique Encalada reserve the right to ask a group member to leave the tour if their behavior is harmful, disruptive or dangerous to the tour group. I/we are aware of and agree to the REGISTRATION, PAYMENT, CANCELLATION AND WAIVER POLICIES and understand and agree to all of the above information.
