NOTE: This price is based on a group size of 20 people. If our group numbers fall below 20 paid guests, there will be a slight elevation in the price ($500.00 USD). We don't expect this to happen since our interest list for this pilgrimage is so large. Our group size is limited to 27 paid adults. Prices are per person and do not include airfare to and from London's Heathrow Airport.

REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS: (1.) Prior to sending your deposit, contact Aluna Joy to confirm space availability in the group, since we do book up fast. (2.) Pilgrimage Deposit: A deposit of thirty-three percent ($2,066.00) of the total tour price (plus 1/3rd of any single supplement costs) is required to hold your space. $1,000 of your initial deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you live in the United States, simply mail a personal check, payable to "Aluna Joy Yaxkin", to P.O. Box 1988, Sedona, AZ 86339. If you live outside of the United States, bank wire your deposit. Contact Aluna Joy for our Bank Wire Information. (3.) Email or mail your completed registration form back to us along with a picture of yourself. (4.) Your next payment of thirty-three percent ($2,066.00) of the total tour price (plus 1/3rd of any single supplement costs) will be due on February 01, 2020. The balance ($2,067.00) plus any single supplement balance (if applicable) is either due by April 01, 2020 or upon arrival in England (limited option). For those people paying their balances upon arrival in England, balances are payable in CASH only (USD). Should you agree to pay your balance upon arrival in England, and have to cancel the pilgrimage for any reason, you will be still obligated to pay your balance. Also, by May 01, 2020, we will need your passport number, flight plans and any other requested extras to insure the quality of your pilgrimage. If this information is not provided at this time, we cannot guarantee that hotel accommodations will go 100% smoothly. Registration for this pilgrimage will be closed thirty (30) days before the start of the pilgrimage. We do not want you to miss out, so sign up early.

Included in the Pilgrimage: All accommodations, meals as listed in the itinerary, tipping for all meals included in the itinerary, tour vehicle and driver costs, services of hired expert guides, all entrance fees to archeological sites, museums, etc... and applicable taxes. All hotels and accommodations are TripAdvisor rated 4 stars and higher. All dinners will have two courses consisting of an appetizer/starter and a main course. A vegetarian option will be available as one of the main course options. At the Middlewick Holiday Cottages, tea and coffee will be included. Aluna Joy and Marcus Mason will be providing their spiritual guidance. Raphael will be acting as group guardian, and supporting the group by handling logistics and any unexpected situations (heart donations for this trio are gratefully given and received at the end of the trip). All plans are subject to slight changes due to Spirit's calling. Also included will be laughs, joyful tears, and the beginning of lifelong friendships . . . just about everything a spirit could want! Plus, spiritual growth that cannot be measured by any standard! We guarantee that you will never be the same!

Not Included in the Pilgrimage: Air travel fares from your home to and from London's Heathrow Airport in England, transport to and from our Heathrow hotel, and meals not mentioned in the itinerary. For all meals included in the itinerary outside of Glastonbury, England, tea and/or coffee is not included. Yes, we dislike this too, but in the UK, they all work this way! Also, not included are light gratuities for the bus driver, bellboys, maids, etc.... If you are called to tip, we ask that you offer it from your heart. Trip/Travel insurance, flight insurance, laundry, room cleaning at Middlewick Cottages, telephone calls, faxes, internet, alcoholic beverages, mineral and bottled water, soft drinks, and any other incidental expenditures are not included. We suggest travelers obtain travel insurance that covers trip cancellation for any reason.

Trip, Travel, Flight and Health Insurance: Trip, travel, flight and health insurance are NOT included in either of the pilgrimages. We recommend that Trip/Travel/Flight Insurance be purchased. Should you wish to purchase this insurance, the following website may be helpful: https://www.insuremytrip.com/ Most policies require that you purchase trip insurance within the first 2 - 3 weeks of sending in your deposit. When comparing policies, look at the "Cancel for any Reason" policy option.

Cancellations: All cancellations must be received in writing. $1,000 of your initial deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Any cancellations received 91 to 120 days before the tour commences will be charged a fee of 50% of total fare. Cancellations received 61 to 91 days before the tour commences will be charged a fee of 75% of total fare. No refund will be given for cancellations received 60 days or less before the tour commences. This trip is not transferable with other tours that we arrange. Should you agree to pay your balance upon arrival in England, and have to cancel the pilgrimage for any reason, you will be still obligated to pay your balance. Should you fail to list any medical issues, we reserve the right to cancel your trip. Please note that this pilgrimage involves costly upfront expenses incurred by us in order to secure arrangements, which are passed on to travelers should cancellation occur as mentioned above. We suggest that you obtain travel insurance that covers trip cancellation for any reason.

Change of Price and Exchange Rate: All prices stated are in US dollars. Prices and are subject to change up to the day of departure. Adjustments may be necessary to reflect changes in currency exchange rates, fuel and transportation surcharges and similar cost increases beyond our control. P.S. We have never had to implement this in the past, but should this pilgrimage group not reach 20 pilgrims, the price will be increased $500.00. We don't expect this to happen, since our interest list for this pilgrimage is so large.

Waiver: I/we agree to take responsibility for all blessings and challenges that can happen while traveling. I/we agree to release Aluna Joy Yaxk'in, Raphael Griessmeyer, Marcus Mason and AlunaJoy.com from all responsibility and liability for any unforeseen circumstances and/or changes in the schedule due to acts of God (including but not limited to weather, earthquakes, etc...), acts of terrorism, and any other unforeseen events or mental / physical illnesses occurring during tour dates. I/we understand that Aluna Joy and Raphael reserve the right to ask a group member to leave the tour if their behavior is harmful, disruptive or dangerous to the tour group. I/we understand that I/we are aware of and agree to the REGISTRATION, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICIES and understand and agree to all of the above information.

NOTE: Should you make any changes to your itinerary (e.g. arrival and departure dates changing, extra night's rooms needed, etc...), within forty-five (45) days of the beginning of the tour, we cannot guarantee that everything will go 100% smoothly (but we will do our super best). This trip is not transferable with other pilgrimages that we arrange. By May 01, 2020, we will need passport number and flight plans.
